These photos document the process i used to prototype the characteristic inward folded section of my stool concept. A heat gun or a hair dryer was extremely useful in melting the glue once my incisions were made. As the foto shows, due to the extreme angles of the folds, i had to remove the honeycomb material even tho the cuts were 20 mm wide.
